Monthly Update - July 2023

It’s all in our action-packed monthly update for July!

We were pleased to make several big announcements throughout June, starting with the launch of our new online portal, where our full suite of blockchain tools are available to try, totally free, for 30 days, no credit card required. Users can also launch new subscriptions, manage their existing products, and access all of our developer documentation, without needing to talk to sales. And, with our Wallet Widget now free for ther first 10,000 users, It’s never been easier to get started in web3.

Following our ISO27001 certification back in May, we’re thrilled to have been recognized this month as SOC II compliant. You can read the full article for all the details, but, in short, what this means is that Venly continues to lead, not only the web3 industry, but businesses of all kinds, in our commitment to data security and user protection.

Lastly, we are proud to have launched our Shopify NFT App on the product review website Product Hunt, where we were subsequently named the #1 web3 product of the day and #1 NFT product of the week. We’re very grateful to the Product Hunt community for their enthusiastic response, which only goes to show how in-demand simple solutions for selling NFTs on Shopify really are.

The Venly Market was again a hub of activity, as various projects launched creative new NFT collections. Highlight included the Space Skellies collection launched early in the month, Project Fada, and the highly-anticipated blockchain gaming project BoomLand. 

Activity on the market continues to surge, demonstrating the continued resiliency of NFTs as a product class. Fans are further incentivized by by weekly cash prizes up for grabs for the most active traders on the market.

CEO Tim Dierckxsens shared his thoughts on what still needs to happen for NFT adoption to go truly mainstream in an article for Nasdaq. Meanwhile, on Venly’s own blog, we explored NFT use cases in both fashion and sports, and had a look at one of the most promising web3 games currently in development. We’ll continue to cover the many different industries experiencing a web3 transformation, and discussing how business of all stripes can look to benefit from the innovative technologies.
